I've had a gift for this since I was a kid. Ask my grandma. Long before I had a word like modality, I was giving back rubs and foot rubs at family gatherings, paying close attention to how she cared for people without ever making it look like effort. Looking back, that was my first education.

Massage therapy was never a fallback for me. I was on my way toward physical therapy after a soccer injury put me through my own rounds of PT, and I wanted massage as a tool that would let me understand the body more completely before I ever tried to fix anything in it. Then I lost someone I loved deeply, and grief reordered what I thought I knew about time and plans. In the middle of that, I went back and finished the anatomy class I needed for PT school, and found the path bending toward massage instead. I trusted it.

It's brought me here, to a practice built on something I've come to know for certain: the body holds what we haven't said out loud yet.

What Happens on My Table

Real relief takes real work, done together, not to you.

I take the time to actually know you, not just where it hurts, but where your body has been. Pain is usually what brings someone through my door, and I take that seriously. You arrive ready to let go. I meet you there, and I hold the space so that letting go is actually possible.

That's where the rest of my training comes in, each piece chosen with intention.

Deep Tissue & Detail Work

Tracing the patterns held in your fascia, muscle by muscle, layer by layer.

Reiki & Energy Work

Because the physical is never the whole story. The nervous system runs the show, and safety is what allows real healing to begin.

Harmonic Fusion

A frequency and sound-based approach: old medicine, only now being properly understood again.

Holding Space

"People share things they've never said aloud: grief, joy, whatever they've been carrying quietly. I don't flinch, and I don't judge."

I know how to listen, and I know the difference between a moment that calls for quiet and one that calls for being witnessed.

You Already Know How to Heal

My work isn't to fix you.

It's to help you recognize what you already carry. Sometimes that looks like breathing together until a muscle finally releases. Sometimes it's a conversation about your nervous system, a book, a stretch, a supplement. Something small, specific, and within reach.

Healing is innate. My role is simply to help you remember that.

You'll walk out feeling like a more complete version of yourself. Steady · Clear · Equipped to Keep Moving Forward
